Tom Oleksy of Ryan Messner State Farm Insurance Agency was quick to help me get the information that we needed for our taxes and we are thankful!
Sent inspector to wrong address. Sent me pic of a house supposedly taken recently. But the home had zero snow anywhere. Claimed the roof had severe damage. Wasn’t my address. Was my mistake. I didn’t read the address on the policy. I’m trying to delete this. But in the mean time. Was also my mistake.
I’ve been a customer at Ryan’s agency for going on roughly 10 years now. I have my home and automotive insurance with him. It’s great to always have somebody there to answer the phone, and if you need to speak with Ryan, he has always available. I recommend this agency with my highest regards.
