The most important aspect that I hold dearly is communication, and he takes the time with listening to me and refers me to whichever specialist that I need to see. He communicates very clearly when diagnosing and referring. Thank you, to Dr. McMonigle and his staff, for the patience and for always being there to reply to messages and calls whenever I have questions, and just for listening and reading your patients so well.
Office has trouble keeping track of the appointment dates! Cancel appointments and not inform the patient! Need better concern over regular blood tests to determine medication properly.
