I would recommend Dr. McMillen to anyone and everyone. Doctors like him are few and far between. His work is exceptional, and he is the most down to earth humble doctor I have ever encountered. Many doctors could learn quite a lot from Dr. McMillen. I could go on and on relating positives about him!
I broke my fibula requiring surgery. Dr.McMillen is the best ankle surgeon in the city of Pittsburgh. He went above and beyond to take the time and talk through each and every step as it related to my ankle surgery. No better specialist out there when it comes to a foot and ankle physician. Thank you, doctor.

Dr. McMillen explained clearly, in regular English (not doc lingo I couldn't understand), exactly all my options and then helped me walk through them to come to a path that I was comfortable with. He made me feel as if I was in control and a part of the process.
