Ryan is incredible. He's guided us through 3 transactions now. 2 sales, and one purchase. He's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and hardworking. Both sales were way over asking and the purchase was exactly what we wanted below asking. The team he works with is top notch and doesn't miss a step. I couldn't speak any higher of Ryan and Naples as a whole!

I happened to come across a home that was on Zillow that I have had my eye on for a few years. I wasn’t really in the market looking to purchase a new home until I saw this posting. I reached out to Ryan and asked to do a walk-through and he met me the very next day. I wasn’t even preapproved at the time, but he gladly met with me and my wife. Ryan was fantastic to work with. He was very patient with us as we weren't in a rush to buy. Once we found the right house he was hands on the entire time. His connections with other people in the industry, his knowledge of all of the aspects of home buying (roofs, furnaces, etc.), and his ability to answer or find answers to any and all questions made him a true asset as a realtor.
