Second time working w/ Ryan - this time on the selling side. I never thought I would use a realtor to sell, especially since I'm a real estate appraiser, but after talking to Ryan, it just made the most sense to give him the listing of our rental property. As expected, he was professional, communicative and fair. Life gets busy and it was such a relief to know Ryan was dealing w/ my tenants in a respectful, fair manner, scheduling the showings and negotiating the best deal for us! Ryan is incredible. He's guided us through 3 transactions now. 2 sales, and one purchase. He's extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and hardworking. I happened to come across a home that was on Zillow that I have had my eye on for a few years. I wasn’t really in the market looking to purchase a new home until I saw this posting. I reached out to Ryan and asked to do a walk-through and he met me the very next day. I wasn’t even preapproved at the time, but he gladly met with me and my wife.
