Just received a phone call from the good life team and it’s an automated dialer system that first answers and says sorry my connection is not good let me call you back. Spoke with a woman and her entire job is to call for sale by owners even though I sold my home over a year ago. Either get better marketing tactics or stop pissing people off by calling him in the morning.
Ryan assisted me with the sale of my home, and throughout the process, he was responsive and an advocate for my best interests. Ryan is a straight shooter and will explain the pros/cons of your options, then ultimately let you make the call without undue pressure. Additionally, his commission structure is as competitive as it gets in the Prescott market, with no drawback to the level of service provided. I'd highly recommend Ryan to others looking to get the best service and return on their home sale!
