I bought my house long distance, from North Carolina, and during COVID. It was very difficult to navigate. Plus I did not know Connecticut. Ryan did a superb job helping me hone in on exactly where I wanted to be. He is so easygoing and on top of the million details required to get the job done. I have recommended him to friends who have used him as well. He is the best (and also knows good restaurants!)!
