Sat there for 2 1/2 hrs to get a tooth pulled that took 5 minutes and charged me 600 dollars. Next time I have a tooth problem I’ll go any where but here. What a waste
A fair review of this practice needs to include two separate ratings: one for Dr. Lee himself and the other for the office staff. First the bad: each visit we had here, including the initial consult, we ended up waiting 45 minutes or more. I don't know if it's the front office staffor the office policy that's at issue, but the staff could not have been more indifferent. It's a very unfortunate thing that people do not show appreciation for other people's time . Waiting 1.5 hrs from appointment scheduled and still not able to be seen. No thanks, I will take our business elsewhere.
Never had any major teeth problem and I’m in my 50s. Until now, I found out I had a crack in my back tooth and got a bad infection in the gum- had to have tooth pulled. I was very upset but Dr. Ryan Lee was soo nice and very confident. He explained any questions I had. I trusted him and his team. Just got a screw in and it was painless! Getting tooth pulled well it is what it is but feel much better now thanks to Dr. Ryan Lee. If I would ever have problems again - he is my guy!
