Came into the office with cash needing help through a divorce case. Never experienced this, needed a lawyer to be on my side and represent me and my children through this. Only to be greeted at the door by a lady who seemed to have no interest in assisting me, only about taking my money and telling me that what I had to say was not important as all that matters is my income to her.
