When I arrived at the front desk for Dr. Bliss I found the front desk associate to be very kind and polite. She always had a smile and gave me instructions on getting to the X-ray location. Once I arrived at the X-ray room the tech was polite and gave me easy instructions to follow. Quick and easy with no waiting. Back to Dr Bliss’ office l was led to a room to consult with Dr. Bliss. The whole experience was very informative, caring, professional, and effective. I feel that Dr. Bliss was successful in explaining the situation with my finger. He then sent me to the Hand Clinic to set up the recommended therapy. That morphed into a full session with a therapist who explained the process that would occur as they prepared my finger for the surgery to improve the function of my finger. Dr. Bliss was kind, caring and knowledgeable. His nurse practitioner was also wonderful. I couldn’t recommend him higher.
