The best thing about our experience with Ryan was his initial presentation to encourage us to sign a contract with him. That's the first and last time we saw Ryan. We went to St. George to look for homes the last week in January. David with REMAX helped us. He didn't get my name right until we had met with him many times. He did set us up appointments and met us there. We also called him with houses we wanted to see and builder we wanted to meet with. We did a lot of the leg work.
