Absolutely wonderful experience. Great care before, during, and after. Wonderful staff that really cared about the patient experience.
All staff were very informative. They took time to explain every step of the procedure. They seem to be respectful and caring. Discharge information was discussed clearly during patient teaching discharge instructions. Overall, everybody was competent enough to perform their jobs.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Kidner is sweet and personable and performed my surgery as expected. He was very willing to discuss any concerns with me and gave me the "green light" I was hoping for in resuming my activities. His third year medical student was also very kind. I wish her all the best in her very bright future!
