I was lied to about my invisailgn and the services thereafter. He breached his contract with me because I gave him one bad review. Now, because of that, his assistant Renee was paid to fix my retainer recently and she partially removed it. She stated it was all she could do with it and it would be fine without. I told her my clear retainer did not fit because of all the damages done to my teeth from Holmes only giving me a partial set of invisailgn trays I paid for, and I wasn't getting a new one for 6 months. Excellent Care from all of staff. Dr Holmes makes you feel at ease. I especially like that he was thorough and let me know my options up front. I love the results. Affordable and painless. A dentist I will stick with.
