I recently shattered my fibula and after being triaged at a rural hospital that mangled my foot, I ended up at Swedish who referred me to Dr Schwanke. I needed a complicated surgery (ORIF) to secure the bones while they healed from the many fractures. After my ER visit his office called me as soon as they opened in the morning, got me in the same day for a consult, and in surgery the same week.
