My first time at the OIO Coldwater location. Everyone was very friendly and explained things well. I already think Dr McNeilan is the best! He’s soft spoken and chooses his words carefully so as not to offend.( I’m an old lady!) He clearly laid out a plan for me with options. He’s always so pleasant!
