I have been going here for over a year and my appointment yesterday was my worst experience yet. I finally got to meet with the actual MD after seeing the PA-C and my check in time was 11:50am. I was pulled back at 12:20pm and was waiting in the room until 1:20 to be seen. The doctor wasn’t even in the room for 3 mins and left. It did not feel like I or my issues were important to him and I really wanted to discuss more but he seemed to be in a rush.
Dr. Halpin saw me quickly, noticed the issue and approved an injection i needed. Waiting for response to claim manager but so far everything is great!

Have had 5 joint related surgeries to date. All of which were a total success. The specialists were top notch was the key. I live outside of Olympia. Will continue my affiliation with OlyOrtho! Dr. Ryan Halpin manages the pain management facility. Going there gives me lumbar relief, as needed. Thumbs up to Dr. Halpin plus staff.
