So I have had 3 years of terrible service from ryan honda service and sales. What I'm seeing is if you say you had a poor experience they route you to send them a comment....if you tap excellent service they send to Google and Facebook for a review....I hit excellent to inform people how deceitful the platform is. As I write this review I want to stress we have been ryan Chevrolet customers for over 20 years with no complaints the Chevrolet side has excellent service! I haven't had a good Experience..I have been there with my Honda Accord on 3 different Ocassions for the same problem..My car is still doing the same thing..I have to bring it back again..I haven't scheduled a return appointment because I live in Farmerville and they want me to leave my car and I want have transportation. Hopefully the next experience my car will be fixed..
