Update after 3 years in a Ryan home nearby. Fuse box almost started a fire. Loose wires for the hot water heater were arcing and burned out. We discovered after no hot water. Electrical has only two year warranty and Ryan homes had a very poor response considering it’s not something that you could even see or would usually inspect regularly. Very disappointing. They are sloppy builders
Cracks all in the wall. Cheap paint. You can heard your neighbors. We was the last lot to be built in 2024 Chaos materials. Wish they let you choose the color of your paint and not that color they offer
