Our experience with Ryan Homes has been disappointing, particularly regarding communication and transparency during the home-buying process. One of our main concerns is the balcony. The model home gave us the impression that the balcony would be part of the home, but later we were told that a balcony would not be provided and that it could not be added at this time. Before spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a Ryan Homes property, I encourage potential buyers to carefully consider experiences like mine and decide whether this is the type of quality and service you are comfortable with. One of my first concerns arose during our initial meeting with the project manager. While sitting at the clubhouse kitchen table, the very first thing he did was hold up his phone and tell us, “Do you see this phone? I don’t answer it after 4:30.” That was an immediate red flag. I purchased in June 2023, moved in December 2023. Caitlyn did an outstanding job with the planning and options, as well getting answers to important questions during the process. The NVR Mortgage team also did a great job with what was needed, when and why for the loan. Seth, the Construction Manager did an outstanding job before, during, and after the build and move on.
