Before spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a Ryan Homes property, I encourage potential buyers to carefully consider experiences like mine and decide whether this is the type of quality and service you are comfortable with. One of my first concerns arose during our initial meeting with the project manager. I purchased in June 2023, moved in December 2023. Caitlyn did an outstanding job with the planning and options, as well getting answers to important questions during the process. The NVR Mortgage team also did a great job with what was needed, when and why for the loan. Seth, the Construction Manager did an outstanding job before, during, and after the build and move on. At the time of writing this review I am 5 days away from my closing. My Project manager Kevin L has been absolutely nothing but incredible. Not only is this my first build, but my first home as well. While Kevin managed my bevy of questions he was in the process of building 20+ other houses in my community. Never once did Kevin make me feel like I wasn't important and he always took the time to answer every question, point out things big and small about my house and educate me as a new homeowner.
