George Lahm was the selling agent for our purchase. He was very responsive, answered all our questions, and nice to work with.
This is a wonderful new community to live. Located in a place with all the amenities. A good place to live for sure.
Update 5/2/23 : warranty process was a bit of a hassle and ultimately they did not deliver on all of the items they initially said they would. During our claim, the warranty supervisor assigned to it left the company and apparently did not record all of the items that we initially discussed. The new supervisor did ok, but I found him to be a bit rude. We had gashes in our metal garage door that leads into the house and initially that was supposed to be replaced. When I walked in, I truly felt like at home. Sherry actively listened to me and my wants and needs and she made me feel like I am making a great decision buying at this location so I definitely signed on the dotted line. I am super excited to watch my house being built.
