Hector and Fletcher were very helpful, kind, and considerate In purchasing my townhouse. They were always available for my questions or concerns by phone and in person,which made for a very enjoyable experience. My move in date is May and I highly recommend Hector and Fletcher!!!

I would not recommend to purchase a new or existing home with Ryan Homes. I purchased a new home in this development and have bad endless issues. Ryan fixed the initial problems that were caused when the concrete team punctured a pipe under my driveway and caused a leak. My Heater went out and I was left to sleep at my neighbors house in the dead of winter. This all happened within a year of moving in. I am now left frustrated as they will not help me with a builder error. My guest tub squeaks endlessly when anyone uses it. ... read more
I can say my review would have been 5 stars until I put in a warranty claim. Everything has been great up until I filed a claim for my driveway peeling. Peeling is an indicator of too much water used during mix or possibly rained on. I've noticed many cases in the neighborhood I couldn't understand why no one is getting it fixed. We'll after filing a claim I found out quickly with a phone call stating concrete is not a warranty item.
