I would not recommend to purchase a new or existing home with Ryan Homes. I purchased a new townhome in this development and have bad endless issues. Ryan fixed the initial problems that were caused when the concrete team punctured a pipe under my driveway and caused a leak. My Heater went out and I was left to sleep at my neighbors house in the dead of winter. This all happened within a year of moving in.
