EDITED REVIEW: I am dropping the stars in my review because of the finished product regarding the *community* and what the *developer* has been responsible for, which is the common spaces (clubhouse, green spaces, playground, etc.). Edited: We purchased our Ryan Home earlier this year and moved in August. Initially when we started our build the clubhouse and playground hadn’t been build and we’re told there would be one for little kids to play on. I had explained to our rep our son had a disability and he exclaimed the tot lot and clubhouse would be fine. After moving in we went down to the park only to discover that it is pretty much only two overly huge large slides. Almost nothing else.
