Between the manhole covers sitting 4 ft above street level, the record-breaking number of potholes, the residents parking in the middle of the street, and their feral children running in the streets with no regard for their own life… if you or your loved ones have ever been forced to drive through this neighborhood, you should be entitled to financial compensation. The roads alone should be enough to convince you to move literally anywhere else.
Was a paradise when we moved in. Then came the plumbing problems. The first time was within the first month living there. It was a tag from a blow up or test ball they use on plumbing pipes during inspections. I did plumbing for 5 years so I knew what it was but they played stupid and told me they didn’t know what it was but it was covered under warranty. 3/24 Update: Have to update this review after trying to deal with warranty and other issues. The sales and project team were still great. Unfortunately, the HOA while it's in the developers control is largely unresponsive to any requests or any work being done in the development itself (lighting, sidewalks, park areas, etc). Still a complete unknown as to whether the dog park or completed walking path are still coming as we're promised, because communication completely stops after closing. Walls are paper thin.
