I had the best experience building our home. First person we met was Danielle who was our sales rep. She truly made the process such an ease, and was always available for questions and concerns. She went above and beyond for us time and time again. We worked with Melissa from NVR who was patient, and so educational. She reworked numbers for me a million times, and never made me feel like a bother. Last but not least, our PM Dan was a dream. I would stay away from using NVR and their loan officer “Luke Lindsey” if you want to have a good process. Luke does not update you on anything and does not respond to phone calls, text messages or emails. The only time you would hear from him is when it’s time to make a deposit for something and he doesn’t stay true to his words. Horrible experience dealing with Luke.
