They were great to work with! Made it easy for us and even after moving in, they’ve been so sweet. I love that they switched to an all girls team too!!!!
I love my new home here in Waverly Springs. The experience was great and two standouts were Val McCall in sales and Tyler Rowe , project manager. This team made the buy and build process fun and painless… thanks to Wade Triplett for his expertise in financing, too!
We closed on our home in Waverly Springs last week. The entire process was pretty smooth. Our PM Tyler did an excellent job keeping us updated weekly on the progress of construction. He addressed any concerns immediately and was a real pleasure to work with. We are very excited to be part of this beautiful community.
Nice new home however like anything new today materials are not of the same quality they were just a decade ago.
