Dont not buy RYan homes in Delaware, the work they do is horrible, from the get go on this home which we spent over $400,0000 on, they drove a car through the garage door, one day I came to the home to check on how the building process was going and I tore down some insulation that was in stalled to see what was behind it and it was a HUGE hole in the plywood they covered it up with insulation on the outside and inside, I found several spots like this throughout the home.
