Wonderful experience. From start with Kerri and on going to end with project manager Josh. House is beautiful inside and out. I was impressed how great communication was throughout the whole process.
Great home wish I could own one
Not a matter of if… its a matter of when it will! “Maintenance free living” is about the funniest thing they advertise” Putting a patio in by a contractor. They take a layer of sod and 2-3 inches of sand away and hit “mushy” dirt. Dig a little deeper and what do we see but water pouring out of the foundation. Warranty people are called. They call plumbers, they come out 3 days later, pipes are ok. Then, Warranty people put a 4’ extension on down spouts and cover the trench with a tarp( half a**’ed )on a Friday night when bad... read more
