Rude Racist sales agent! I Asked about the surrounding communities and she told me “I’d fit right in”. It’s surrounded by deteriorating apartments & homes, disgusting!

Everything looks good so far but I can not comment much as Townhome will be ready somewhere next year May, however Biggest issue I am seeing is closing cost. I got $9500 discount in closing cost but that is useless because lender is charging $21000 as closing cost. When I checked with other lenders, it's just $7600 total which is far less. I don't understand why they offer if it's not helping at all.
