Be sure to give every little thing no matter how small within that first warranty year. We didn’t know we had an issue until the city ran a sewer smoke test on our units. Our downstairs bathroom filled with smoke from the test. The city said that the builder would reach out to me to have the issue fixed. No one did. I did a ticket to contact someone to get status, and even though this was not a known issue during that first year they are not fixing their issue/their mistake with the build. Almost every morning at 7am there is some loud disturbance, whether it’s the dumpster or recycling being dumped, the landscapers that take HOURS, construction, don’t move here if you work nights and ever want to sleep again.

This Ryan homes site is horrible. I purchased a home here and I’m sad I did. I’ve lived here right at a year, three roof leaks, three different people sent out by their “warranty” department and nothing is still fixed. Poor craftsmanship all around and after speaking with my neighbors - this isn’t a one off. Stay away and buy somewhere else.
