Our friends recently bought a home and the price has gone down $20000. We heard that they are dropping again $20000 by the end of year. Why wont they refund this money. The home hasnt started and have no start date. Why? The manager Amy told them the clubhouse would be started in the fall. It seems like they just needed to get a sale in before the price drop. Is this common to do?
