The builder and contractors give little respect or consideration to the residents. Construction begins before sunrise 7 days a week, dust is a major problem, trash blows around everywhere, and trucks park wherever they want. This truck took up all but 2 spots in the parking area for days without moving preventing residents and guests from using the spaces. I have had 2 tire repairs in 2 months from the debris on the roads. Quality of life is an issue here.

When Ryan Homes advertises "Low Maintenance Lifestyle" I imagined it applied to the homeowner. Instead it seems to be the theme of the HOA here at Ryan Homes. My patch of grass has been cut once in 3 weeks and they did not mow behind the homes. Trash has not been picked up this week with cans spilling onto the streets in 90 degree temperatures. The dust blowing around off the streets and dirt lots covers everything. Construction starts before 7 am and and lasts until sundown, 7 days a week. Our water bills run over $300 a mo... read more

As with any new construction there are going to be problems. I had a gas leak in the first few days. Water pressure is horrible due to debris in the lines. Warranty requests have been ignored. Prepare to battle with contractors for access to your driveway. Until the streets are paved, they will be a muddy mess most of the time. Mailbox locations make no sense. The airport across the street is quieter than the never ending stream of trucks. Still a good value for the money. Just don't expect much service after you close.

I haven't moved in yet, but so far the process and community are great. The area is nice and quiet, which is a big change from where I'm at now. Leah and Steven were very helpful figuring out what kind of choices I wanted to make. The builder I'm working with, James, is great about keeping me updated on how everything is going, including pictures of the progress. They also made the mortgage side as painless as possible, with a rate I didn't think existed today - Thanks Mike!
