Working with Cheryl Hoffman was a true pleasure. Cheryl is very knowledgeable about the property answered all of our questions and was always very thorough. My husband met with Woody to look at lot selections and Woody was also very helpful so far it has been a great experience and I’m sure it will continue until we actually close on our new home

From the initial view on Zillow to going down to walk the models it was easy to set up. Once we got to Twin Lakes, Cheryl was so sweet and helpful, she showed us the Caicos model and we knew we were home. Cheryl made the buying process a piece of cake. She was helpful in design choices and keeping within our budget. We waited for the lots to open and chose the perfect spot. We can't wait to see the house being built and to be able to move in. Thank you, Cheryl!
