I saw the model home opening weekend and fell in love! I purchased the model that day. Perry was my sales person. He was awesome helping me to easily navigate the purchase process. Although I had to wait an extended period of time to move, due to my home being the model, it was worth it. I saw Perry and Sean frequently as I stopped by for updates or to show off my new house.
