We are in the process of having our new retirement home built by RYAN Homes in Timbergate Ranches. It has been such a rewarding and uncomplicated experience so far! The builder's representative, Terry Lane, has been exceptionally helpful and fully knowledgeable in the whole process as well as Austin Mikesell at NVR mortgage. We are looking forward to completion and moving in to our beautiful home!
Currently in the process of building a house and Terry Lane has been super awesome and helpful. Definitely a great experience compared to other builders in the area.

I don’t often leave reviews unless I’m especially pleased or especially disappointed, but in the case, I am beyond pleased with every single detail of my Ryan home at Timbergate. You see so many horror stories about large builders these days and I have personally seen houses from other big builders that my friends and family have bought that are just terrible quality, but that is not at all what you are getting here.
