Our house has not been started. I would like this survey a couple of months after we move in.
We had an amazing experience with Marisa and Lowell during the building process. Unfortunately, that is where the positive things end. Several issues with the home, and Ryan Homes since closing. Their communication is awful, and the girl who answers the phone promises she will have somebody call you… But it never happens. I looked at their construction and met their people, but I didn’t read the reviews.
I just hauled gravel for them but it looks like a nice quiet community
