Quite new neighborhood, with community pond and trails. Still under construction, all house look great and well designed and built.
My husband and I had an excellent experience with Ryan Homes.we love our new house and neighborhood. Dan Telgkamp was a wonderful project manager, and Joe Roman does a great job as a warranty specialist. But beware of the lady in the sales office. We just needed to ask a couple of questions and she was very rude and dismissive. She must just turn on “nice” when there is a commission. Such a shame because every other Ryan employee has been kind and helpful.
