PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW: The construction is okay, the floor plans are nice. But the landscaping leaves much to be desired. The landscaping company has permitted bull thistle to grow and thrive in all the common areas. Such infestations are hazardous to pets and children especially, due to the weed's long, needle-like thorns. Good luck trying to contact an HOA to remedy the problem. My experience with Ryan Homes has been excellent from the very beginning. I am one month away from closing and nothing has changed. Chrissy Smith has answered all my questions, eased any and all of my concerns and has kept me in the loop of progress being made throughout this process. I am so grateful to have been a recipient of her excellent service as a first time homebuyer!
