This was a great experience! As a first time homebuyer, from picking out my lot to closing, the Ryan Homes team made me feel right at home. If I had any questions or needed something to be fixed, it was addressed quickly. I love my new home!
Stopped in and visited as they build in the price range i am looking for. Unfortunately, I had to leave my wheelchair in the sales office as there was no way to get it up into the model home. Staff were great, and home looks to be perfect. Just have to make a few modifications for wheelchair users. Maybe install a lift so we can actually view the home.
I was so thrilled to find my new home with Ryan Homes at the South Park location in Elgin, SC. The location is perfect and so close to Columbia. The details they put in their homes gives it a high end feel. I was so happy that they give you the opportunity to request all LVP flooring at an additional cost vs other builders make you wait until the home is built.
