The construction is leaving gravel all over our main road in our subdivision. We are not even part of Ryan homes. They told our HOA that they would clean up weekly, have yet to see that. And to the person from Ryan Homes who replied to this, I am on the HOA board and we have emailed your office about this issue.
We had one week to find a new home in Tennessee. At first we thought to buy in a different community. Based on the timing of the build, the availability of the property, the friendly service, and great floor plans , we decided to purchase our home with Ryan Homes in The Meadows in Royalton Woods. Nicole Siana with Ryan Homes did a fabulous job of helping us through the process. Once we signed our final contract with build changes, we were extremely happy with our choice of Ryan Homes and Royalton Woods.
Nicole at Ryan's homes is amazing!! She was so helpful and did a wonderful job helping us plan our home, inside and out.Highly recommend. Jenny with the finance side was truly awesome as well!!!
