Sales Rep., Erica Formont, and Mortgage Loan Officer Anthony Ratliff have been nothing but awesome in our beginning stages of house construction. Erica has shown professionalism with warmth & kindness. Her knowledge in home construction made it easier for us to make decisions n selections. Buying a home is a process not for the feint of heart, but our sales rep, Erica Formont, made as painless as possible. She took her time, listened to our desires, and showed us the property that would meet our needs...without any pressure to trade up to a more expensive home.
Our experience has been good except for the surprise we got at our first build meeting. We met with project manager Tony Price and sales associate Erica Formont. While at the meeting we were going over our flooring, tile etc. The floor plan showed that we had picked carpet in the living room. When we started this process with Erica, we specifically said that we only wanted carpet in all three bedrooms and LVP everywhere else.
