Great customer service until they hook you in. Had huge problems with landscaping from the very beginning. Sod dying due to construction rocks being left underneath. I called to get a bolder of man made cement removed and Ryan homes said that it was there when they built the home. Mind you it's a brand new area with nothing but oak trees. They left multiple piles of construction rocks for us to remove. I worked very hard to get the outside to look decent.
