Kristian was great. Besides that, trying to get any work completed through warranty is a hassle and don't get me started on HOA. Pay monthly to get attacked for anything and cant even bring a guest to the gym.
Re: warranty repairs - I closed on my home February 2025; since moving in, two warranty-covered issues arose. In each instance, Mr. Warren Ebinger, provided "above & beyond" assistance in the timely resolution of each issue. In particular, I commend his response to the garage electrical issue; he traveled to my location late on a Sunday night to ensure my safety and the safety of my home. Kudos to Mr. Ebinger.
Purchasing a home at The Glen at Hollybrook has been a very positive experience. The community is beautiful and I am excited to own a 4 bedroom home in my price range. I especially appreciate sales rep Amber Joy for answering all my questions and Steven Aguilar with NVR Mortgage for walking me through all the steps of underwriting.
This place has been very helpful in the process of learning everything we need to know before purchasing our very first home! They have been great to work with, easy to get ahold of, and fast to respond to any questions throughout the process. The homes are also beautiful and I can wait to make many memories in the house!
