We live here at the Villas and we find Miryan Garcia to be very responsive to all our needs. She's a pleasure to deal with and gets things done. Every time I have an issue from my barriers on my door to the tiles on the floor she on it. Thank you Ryan Homes for having someone so knowledgeable to avicate for us.... I hope shes well compensated she deserved it thank you Miryan for all you do... The Italian Guy.

I moved into The Falls by Ryan Homes last October and can't say enough how this company keeps their word and breaks their spine to make you happy. Ryan homes is very fortunate to have Dan Norris managing the project managers, he listens to you, cares and gets things done. I can't thank him enough for making sure my items were completed. I also have to acknowledge Amy Dolbow and Jon Long for giving him the bandwidth to accomplish these things! Thanks again! Thank you all, Alan Wuensch
I can't say enough about Miryan Garcia and her team! She is the glue in Ryan Homes. Miryan is caring, passionate, and makes the promise of the Ryan Homes experience being a positive one a reality. She does whatever it takes to get the job done in order to put a smile on your face!
