Ryan is the perfect example of a home builder where the only good experience is the experience you have when you first buy the house. After that things go downhill. The houses are poorly built, but look nice on the surface. They cheap-out on the electrical, plumbing and general quality of construction. Our house is barely two-years old, but is falling apart like a house that is 30 years old. Disappointed in the way they handled our buying experience. My family and I had been waiting for over a year to have the chance to purchase a home at Tanyard. When things finally opened for VIPs we rushed to tour the model. After meeting with Ryan to go over the options and pricing they would give us we scheduled our contract appointment in the first days they opened. We are currently building a home in Tanyard Shores and couldn’t be happier! The communication with all members of the Ryan Homes team has been excellent. They’re responsive and helpful, willing to answer any question we might have along the way. (Shout our to Darcey for fielding all our emails!) Our home has moved right along according to schedule (possibly a bit ahead) and we’ve received weekly updates from our project manager, B.J., of what has occurred and what is next. Tanyard Shores Single Family homes is a really nice community. I was inclined by all the amenities that's offered here. We had a great experience while viewing the model home. We were helped by Darcey who was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the home buying process for us, which was greatly appreciated and definitely went out her way to ensure we were well informed about the community and how we can make the home ours.
