DO NOT BUILD WITH RYAN HOMES. They are manipulative, misleading, and have extremely poor communication skills. They will twist the words of your contract, and keep all important facts OUT of writing to use in their favor to keep any and all of your money down. GO ELSEWHERE! And if you are already starting the process, have a realtor/lawyer on hand.
