Austin was our property manager, and we cannot say enough good things about him and Ryan Homes. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Our closing date never changed and we were kept up to date every week with videos, pictures, and general information about what was going on with the build. We had the home inspected by a 3rd party (which really wasn't necessary) and were told the build quality was some of the best in the area! Truly blessed with how well this worked out.
just a shout out to Austin Weber our project manager who did everything that we asked and went over and above the call of duty to make sure that everything was as we requested and expected so we would like to give him this opportunity to shine. He deserves it thank you Austin.
Chase and Wade have been amazing throughout our buying/building process of our home. They did weekly check ups and updates and always got back to us if we had a question the same day. The process was very smooth and couldn't of ask for better people to take care of us with our first home!!! I highly recommend them!! Thanks again guys!! Cheers!!
So happy we bought our first home with Ryan homes! Charles was very helpful and guided us every step of the way as first-time home buyers. Chase and Shane were in charge of the building of the home and not only did they finish before the deadline (with hurricane delays) the house also passed the inspection from our own inspector. I can certainly say that our experience with Ryan homes has been superb and they certainly have the best people for the job. Big thank you to the Ryan Homes Summerwoods team!
We just signed the contract for our new home tonight! We toured the community last Saturday and knew right away we found our forever neighborhood and home. Aleta helped us explore the community, pick our lot and home elevation. She was absolutely fantastic! She made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.
