We started the process for building our home in September and Wade made the in office process so enjoyable and easy!! He then transferred us to our project supervisor Shane and he was such a pleasure to work with… he was very informative and kept us updated every week as to what to expect…. These two made this process seamless! Thank you so much Wade and Shane!!!! - we made the best decision with Ryan Homes.
Summerwoods is a really nice community in a great location. We’ve done several inspections here and every time we’re impressed with how well the homes are laid out and the attention to detail in the design. The neighborhood has a peaceful feel, and those lake and preserve views really make a difference. Just minutes from the interstate, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking to live in Parrish.

I have had an excellent experience with Ryan Homes since day 1. Charles has been sending videos of the construction of my house weekly. He is a very nice person. Evan was wonderful going thru my house warranty, super polite. I recommend Ryan Homes 100%
