We loved the sales agent, Rachel Weigel, in Batavia’s subdivision. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She took us out to the possible homesites, allowing us time to think about what was best for our needs and giving us things to consider. She spent a lot of time showing us the many options we had for our interior and exterior features.
These folks make it as impossible as they can to buy a home with them. Junk customer service - junk land - junk area - junk choices.
