We’ve been in our home for almost two years, and one of our biggest fears as homeowners became a reality: major foundation issues. Shortly after moving in, the entire slab of our home began sinking. First we had Heat Pump issues and then furnace issues. Now we have the construction guys cut our cable line. I wish I did not buy from Ryan Homes now. They always have a excuse for what happened. Maybe there should be more accountability for this. They are more worried about quantity then quality. Beware.
