From making the appointment to view the models to building one out for purchase, the Ryan Homes team at South Lake was pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I purchased a new construction home from this builder about 18 months ago and have had ongoing concerns about the quality of the concrete driveway since closing. Following a recent snow event, sections of the driveway and the curb have begun crumbling and spalling. The surface is flaking and deteriorating, which is extremely concerning for concrete that is less than two years old. Big “shout out” to Thomas Jackson for changing my experience and my mind about Ryan Homes! This will be my 3rd new construction purchase, and after multiple negative experiences with the company, I was ambivalent at best to consider Ryan as a builder. But Thomas has been the absolute best. He has patiently answered my questions, offered options and recommendations, and overall treated me with respect without prejudgement. I hope my experience continues to go well, as he has set the bar pretty high!
