The community is called South Lake. Spoiler alert, there is no lake, more appropriately described as a mud hole or a swamp. No attractive trail surrounding the mud hole. The pool is small, no room for lanes or designated lap lanes. The townhomes are dimunitive, low ceilings, narrow staircases, small rooms and tiny bathtubs, fit for a child's bath not for adults. Not the best experience! Started off poorly. I started this process skeptical because builders often say whatever they need to; to get you excited about purchasing a home and then switch things up at the time of contract execution. I was hopeful this would not happen, but unfortunately it did. Met with the sales person on 8/23 and was told if we responded by Monday we would get everything we discussed on 8/23. Beautiful townhomes and the HOA's property manager, Charles, is accessible and proactive. The community is coming together nicest so far.

I looked at South Lake for months and just couldn't get it out of my mind. I love everything about this community and can't wait to move in! I worked with Janice Clagett who is so professional, understanding, helpful, and kind. She was patient with me throughout the process and made the whole thing very easy.
