Janice Clagett is who we were working with and she is an absolute gem. We really took a liking into her due to her exceptional professionalism and sincerity. She has been very supportive all the way through and continues to be there to help answer any and all 1000 of our questions. We look forward to continuing working with the rest of the South Lake team and can’t wait to see the community come together!

It is a pleasure to work with Janice Clagett and Kenneth Halleran. Both are very very helpful and sincere.
I want to start by saying that although, my rating is bad, Janice was great to work with and did everything that she could to effectively communicate the issues that Ryan homes experienced. However, the professionalism, integrity, transparency, and overall ethics from Ryan homes upper management is why they get a bad review, especially for the south lake neighborhood. Specifically, Diane Delozier and Justin Valdez - these 2 were a nightmare to work with as they lacked any sense of urgency or empathy for the situation. Neithe... read more
