I finalized the purchase of a Ryan Home in mid-December of this year. My experience with the Ryan team was exceptional. The team members I worked with included Glenn Fookes (Sales Manager), Nicholas Coletta (Project Manager), and Sadie Helvig (Loan Officer). The team facilitated the process remarkably well. BUYERS PLEASE BE AWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUILDER!! Ryan is building cheap quality homes for an inflated price, and their customer service - warranty is the worst! From the time you sign a purchase agreement, your worst nightmare will begin. Buying a home should be the most joyous time, but not with Ryan. Here is just a couple of MAJOR issues, I've experienced.
