The young family community is the biggest plus! We have been looking for a neighborhood with young families and from what we can see, there are so many families. One negative aspect we wanted was the lack of sidewalks, but the neighborhood is quiet enough to minimize car traffic. We could not say enough good things about our experience with Ryan homes. This is our first time buying a home especially a new build and our sales agent Nicole Siana was wonderful going through all our options and non negotiables to help us find the best floor plan that fit our budget and all our wants. It’s a peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful houses with great floor plans. Minutes away from highway yet extremely quiet community surrounded by nature.
I recently had an appointment with Zach to look at one of the plan. I am a first time home buyer and he was really informative about the plan and the upgrades. I had informed him earlier that my husband is not in town but if I end up liking it, I told him that I would move forward. DONT BUY A HOUSE FROM HERE! There houses are built very crappy and everything is falling apart on mine. When my house was being built, they put wrong materials on it and messed my brick up, when I payed extra money on it. The warranty team will waste time so that they don’t have to fix the issues and don’t spend money on it. My driveway was ruined the warranty team wasted my time, and will not fix it, when it isn’t my fault. Even when the issue is small, the warranty team takes up a lot of time on it.
